Medical Massage
Focusing on a specific area of concern. The client is an active participant. Multiple modalities including:

Swedish/Relaxation
Whole body massage using oil or cream. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure and smooth, gliding strokes to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and relieve stress.

Deep Tissue
Whole body massage using oil or cream. Deep tissue massage is designed to remove tension and relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface.

Relaxation Massage for Two
Couples, Parent/Child, Friends. Massage for two people at the same time in the same room. Call to make an appointment if you want different things, for example, if one person would like relaxation and one person would like deep tissue. John and Brianna will be your massage therapists.

Hot Himalayan Salt Stones
Allow the heat of the stones to melt away your tension while your skin is nourished by the 84 minerals and trace elements found in Himalayan salt, including magnesium, which is shown to help relieve muscle pain.

Cupping decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction and draws nutrients to the area for localized stimulation and healing.

Travel Fee
In-home and in-office visits have a $30 convenience and travel fee, which covers a 25-mile radius from our office. Add $1 a mile after 25 miles. There will be an additional $10 fee if there are more than ten stairs.
